Meet the Founders

We started B&M Brisket in 2024 with one big idea: reimagining British comfort food through the bold, vibrant flavors of Burmese cooking. We are the first to combine pulled brisket and medium-rare sirloin in a sourdough roll, paired with traditional Burmese pickled tea leaves (la-phet). A new standard in West-East flavour fusion, offering a bold new expression, where sourdough balances texture, while the la-phet adds a tangy, earthy depth, creating a dish that is both innovative and respectful of tradition.

 

Bo is the creative force in the kitchen. With over 25 years as a head chef at top-tier restaurants, he’s mastered the art of blending traditional techniques with unexpected flavor twists. Every dish tells a story, rooted in heritage, elevated with innovation.

Me Me is the entrepreneurial spirit behind B&M Brisket. With a background in business and a lifelong passion for food, she oversees the operations and vision of the brand. As a seasoned entrepreneur, she’s all about building brands with soul.
